The Heat Sealer Tester manufactured by S.C Dey is specially designed to simulate heat sealing condition and affecting parameters for determination of heat sealing ability of plastic films, composite films, coated paper, and other sealing films under specified sealing conditions. The heat sealing ability of materials is a function of temperature, pressure and duration of temperature and pressure applied for creating a seal and greatly affected by the factors of melting point, thermal stability, fluidity and thickness. The optimal heat sealability parameters can be obtained accurately and efficiently.
The Heat Sealer is a versatile tool to find the ability of heat seal of packaging materials. The Sealer is pneumatic controlled machine, having two sealing surface, one is fixed and upper one is movable. Sealing pressure, temperature and time can be controlled at specified pressure temperature and time.
