The Wheel abrader Tester consist of a motor-driven rotating disc on which specimen is fixed. A pair of abrasive wheel is allowed to turn freely on their axis and are applied to the test specimen at a specified position under a specified load.
A vacuum device for removal of the water device is also provided. The abrader will be equipped with digital pre-set counter enabling the test to be stopped after pre-determined number of revolutions of the rotating disc.
The wheel abrader (Taber type) manufactured by S.C. Dey is according to the international quality standards and is used in multiple industries like film, plastic, composite, rubber etc.
